TeamGN Business Solutions Private Limited created Medjobs to fill gaps in human resource management in the healthservices sector. Managing human resources is a difficult task for health care providers for a variety of reasons, including dealing with human life, the 24x7 nature of the service, legal implications, and so on. Employee turnover occurs relatively quickly in the health care sector. Because there is no dedicated platform for finding a suitable qualified professional in a short period of time, the health care provider manages the skilled manpower shortage by sharing the burden with existing staff or temporarily withholding service. These factors sometimes result in revenue losses for the health care provider. Through this portal, we try to address this issue by providing a dedicated platform for the health sector.

Healthcare professionals can find their career path at medjobs. Medjobs would be of single point of solution for employers to manage their manpower deficit. It works by grouping open positions in the health care sector into broad categories such as "doctors," "staff nurses," "paramedics," and "other hospital staff," with subcategories based on qualifications. 
Medjobs supports locum jobs (temporary relieving duties). The health care providers can hire qualified professionals and workers on a temporary basis, even for a day or two. Similarly qualified professionals can find their locum jobs in their speciality or department in and around their location.

What does an employer have to do to utilise this service?
The employer has to get registered with Medjobs by providing all necessary information, including the location map link. Then post a job by clicking "+" in the employer dashboard. They have to fill in the necessary information, including the job location address and map link. Submit it and wait for the applicants to apply. Once it gets published, job seekers will be able to find it based on the location and the essential qualification that is required. The employer will be notified through email if any candidate applies. To learn more about the candidate, employers need to go to "applicants," where they can see the details of the applicants, like their resume, registration information, and contact details, on the employer dashboard.

What do job seekers have to do to find their desired jobs?
The health care professionals have to register themselves on the platform by providing all essential information and uploading their proof of qualification or resume. After logging in, they can search for a suitable job based on their qualifications and location. Then click "Apply for the job’." It will be forwarded to the employer immediately along with your contact information. The employers contact information is also provided in the job posting for the candidate to communicate.
